Payment is due at the time services are rendered. We do not deduct the tax preparation fee from the refund.

* Not all forms and prices are listed.
* If a calculation of receipts are necessary a bookkeeping fee will apply.
* Extra Tax Return copies are $20 per tax return
* Hourly billing is billed in 15 minute increments.
* We bill for questions that require research and calculations.
* We are responsible for our errors and we will pay penalties and interest. You are responsible for the tax.
* An Extension gives you an additional 6 months to file your tax return; however, you must pay the tax by the due date of the tax return. S-Corporations and Partnerships are due March 15th. Corporations and Individuals are due April 15th.  We are not responsible for the filing late penalty or interest on late filed returns.
